With over 20 years teaching experience, Director of Golf and PGA Professional Tony Healy has an outstanding track record. He has worked with coaches including Denis Pugh, coach to 2018 British Open winner Francesco Molinari and Colin Montgomerie, Nick Bradley who has celebrated clients such as Justin Rose and Paul McGinley and Gary Peddie, former Golf World panellist. Tony has coached many golfers over the years including several juniors who have since gone on to join the professional ranks and compete in PGA events. Keeping it simple 

There is a widely held misconception that the biomechanics of a golf swing is a difficult thing to grasp. Too often turned into a complicated affair, with technical terms that would confuse the most experienced player, the golf swing is nothing more than a simple athletic movement that relies on a few simple fundamentals. 

Having taught numerous golfers over the years ranging vastly in ability, Tony has found that keeping it simple yields the best results. The golf swing lasts only a few seconds – why complicate it?
Tony’s teaching method is extremely simple to understand, making the implementation of any required changes extremely non-taxing for any golfer. 

Using images from a digital video recorder along with the latest cSwing software, he assists clients to understand their current swing and to see just how simply, quickly and easily it can be improved. Images taken are shared directly with the customer following analysis so that they can access them remotely away from the course.

Since enrolling into the Professional Golfers association in September 2020 Ethan has had a passion to help all standards of golfers, whilst enhancing his coaching skills at Ashford Manor Golf Club through PGA training. Having a background in County Junior programmes and Elite College level golf Ethan has experienced many high levelled coaching styles with coaches such as Dennis Pugh. He hopes to bring this experience into his own coaching style to keep Golf enjoyable and rewarding.
